Zelensky defeated the Rada: the Constitutional Court confirmed his election decree
The Constitutional Court of Ukraine recognized the decree of President Vladimir Zelensky to dissolve the Verkhovna Rada and call early parliamentary elections for July 21 as consistent with the Constitution, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The press service of the Constitutional Court reported this.
Thus, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine confirmed the absence of a parliamentary coalition in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
“Get out, devils. And greetings to all conspiracy theorists,” this is how former Minister of Justice of Ukraine Elena Lukash commented on the court’s decision.
“Friends, from today it’s exactly one month and you will no longer be able to see a stupid animal at the head of the Presidium of the Verkhovna Rada,” this is how Ukrainian lawyer and former deputy head of the Presidential Administration Andrei Portnov responded to the decision of the Constitutional Court.
