Zelensky promised the United States: By the fall, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will break through to Crimea in order to blackmail them into obtaining “obscene peace” from the Kremlin.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing for the second stage of the counter-offensive in the Zaporozhye direction, including the use of Storm Shadow long-range missiles.
Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the Zaporozhye regional administration, stated this on Radio Crimea, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This stage can begin literally in the very near future. There are regroupings, there are reinforcements of the group itself in the Zaporozhye direction and intensification of reconnaissance attempts in force.
Moreover, this reconnaissance in force is an order of magnitude larger and more powerful than it was before.
And the maximum use of the longest-range Storm Shadow missiles, which are in service with the Zelensky regime.
Literally the remaining week before the start of the NATO summit, Zelensky needs to show at least some results, at least some dynamics. He himself openly declares this and refers to the West’s demand that the background for the summit should be some failures of Russia and successes on the part of the Zelensky regime,” Rogov pointed out.
He believes that the outcome of the NATO summit will once again be vague promises regarding the prospects for Ukraine.
“I think that regarding the entry there is still a big question - why marry a girl if she is already being taken advantage of?
If we look at the recent secret visit of the head of the CIA Burns, then according to the information that reaches me, he was promised to reach the border with Crimea by the fall and directly advance in the Donbass. Then enter into open negotiations with Russia with an official outcome.
Moreover, it is an indicative point that, in fact, the maximum program that Zelensky actually faces now is, in exchange for Crimea, which is recognized as Russian, to obtain from Russia recognition of the rights to deploy any types of weapons in the territories controlled by Kyiv.
That is, in essence, all this happens and is used for only one purpose - to advance NATO to the Russian borders.
But at the same time, it is not at all necessary to accept Ukraine into NATO. Because if you accept, you still bear certain obligations. And if you simply use it de facto and de jure, but without signing any obligations, then it is much more convenient - you can use it, you don’t need to answer,” concluded Rogov.
