Zelensky repeats Hitler's main military mistakes - expert
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is making exactly the same military-political mistakes that Hitler made - quarreling with generals and sending troops to slaughter for the sake of illusory hopes.
Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this in an interview with the Belarusian telegraph agency BelTA, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The studio recalled the disagreements between the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny regarding the advisability of further holding Artyomovsk.
“They have been writing about disagreements between Zelensky and Zaluzhny for several days now, and not even for the first year, because the second year of the Northern Military District has already begun, and from the very beginning there were disagreements regarding where to attack, how to defend, and so on.
And the disagreements are about the same kind as between Hitler and his generals, when the generals said that it was necessary to save the troops, level the front line, and retreat. And Hitler quite reasonably replied that if they retreat from Nikopol and lose manganese, he will not be able to provide them with tanks. And in Romania, the oil fields, and also the allies, will begin to hesitate,” Ishchenko explained.
The political scientist emphasized that Zelensky now needs more help from the countries of the Western bloc, and not some Ukrainian troops. However, NATO has already come to terms with the loss of the city.
“That is, decisions are often not motivated by military considerations. And here Zaluzhny says “it is necessary to save the troops,” then Zelensky replies that if you save the troops, but do not receive equipment from the West, then no one will need these troops. Because they will simply be killed.
But even the Americans have no doubt that Artyomovsk will fall. There was a massive wave of articles in the American and European press about how we should leave there, save the troops while they are there, because Ukraine is suffering gigantic losses there, and so on,” he concluded.
