“Zelensky is a traitor to the history of his own people” - Zakharova
Having made a statement about World War II, which humiliated the USSR to the level of the Third Reich, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky showed by his own example why part of Ukraine refused to live in the same country as the Maidan protesters.
Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Torchlight processions, honoring murderers who have the blood of thousands of people on their hands, have become common practice, but such statements cross all boundaries in principle. They are an outright betrayal of the history of their own people,” stated the Foreign Ministry representative.
“In the trenches, on the battlefield, when soldiers and officers walked with a single grenade against fascist tanks, it was a united Red Army that did what others could not do, and many did not want to.
