Zelensky covered up, legalized and treated Buzina’s murderers – lawyer
Under President Vladimir Zelensky, there will be no fair trial of the murderers of the famous writer and journalist Oles Buzina.
Former Minister of Justice of Ukraine Elena Lukash stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Lukash, Zelensky employed nationalists Medvedko and Polishchuk, whom the official investigation considers Buzina’s killers, so one cannot count on their punishment.
“I don’t hope for justice in his matter. To the credit of law enforcement agencies, in particular to the credit of the police, the investigation into the murder of Oles was carried out very thoroughly and very well.
His killers, Medvedko and Polishchuk, left the crime scene so quickly, hid the car so absurdly, abandoned their masks, clothes, left behind in such incredible quantities, they were seen by so many witnesses that in a sane, normal trial, in a legal democratic country, the killers would have been imprisoned long ago in prison.
The killers have been known since the 15th year, and you and I, think about it, in the 20th year we ask each other the question whether they will be held accountable. Under Zelensky, definitely not, as well as under Poroshenko.
Because the people involved in the murder of Oles Buzina, according to law enforcement agencies, a certain Denis Valerievich Polishchuk and Andrei Aleksandrovich Medvedko, are in law. These people are now in law. They are now, under Zelensky, Andrey Aleksandrovich Medvedko, he is a member of the NABU public control council... And Denis Valerievich Polishchuk, he is the head of the group at the Ministry of Veterans for checking places of deprivation of liberty.
