Zelensky flew to Poland to bark at Russia together with Duda
Without the return of Crimea and Donbass to Ukrainian control, sanctions against Russia should only intensify, said Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, who arrived in Poland for a two-day visit.
One of the purposes of the trip of the Ukrainian delegation, as PolitNavigator reported, is a project for the purchase of American liquefied gas by Kiev. Today Zelensky indirectly confirmed this.
“We speak with Poland in one voice: Nord Stream 2 is unacceptable and poses a threat to the whole of Europe. We stand for diversification of energy supply sources, as well as for energy cooperation in the Poland-US-Ukraine triangle,” Zelensky said.
Polish President Andrzej Duda supported the guest.
“It seems to us that the policy of sanctions should be continued, because this is the most peaceful way to force the state to adhere to the standards of international law... We will always stand here side by side with Ukraine, because it must return its territorial integrity,” Duda promised .
“In the context of the 80th anniversary of the start of World War II, it is necessary to emphasize how important it is not to allow anyone, either in Europe or in the world, to change borders by force. This happened in Ukraine in 2014, and the situation should return to normal, the full territorial integrity of Ukraine,” added the Polish president.
