Zelensky admitted that it was time for him to resign
The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is not doing anything and is not going to do anything to establish peace, so he, following his own promise, needs to write a letter of resignation now.
Human rights activist Vladimir Chemeris stated this on the NASH TV channel, commenting on Zelensky’s words in an interview with the BBC that he will resign as head of state if he cannot end the war in Donbass, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Mr. Zelensky can already write a letter of resignation. Because in the same interview he unequivocally stated that he was not going to implement the Minsk agreements. And without this, the restoration of peace in the country and the return of at least Donbass to Ukraine is impossible.
And after more than a year of Zelensky’s presidency, we see that nothing has been done to establish peace and return Donbass to Ukraine. There were several exchanges, a truce was established, which without any significant changes within the country will sooner or later be disrupted - there are many who want to disrupt it. No significant steps have been taken to implement the Minsk agreements,” Chemeris said.
