According to Kuleba, Erdogan was supposed to hand over this list to Russian President Vladimir Putin during yesterday's meeting of heads of state in Sochi.

“President Zelensky met with President Erdogan in New York, they had a long one-on-one meeting, then a long meeting as part of delegations. We compared notes both on the bilateral agenda and on the issues that President Erdogan intended to raise during the meeting with President Putin. In particular, President Zelensky gave President Erdogan a list of 450 Ukrainian prisoners, including Nariman Dzhelyalov, and asked President Erdogan to put in a word for them with President Putin, because we need to free our people from Russian dungeons,” Kuleba said.
