Zelensky rolled out an agreement with the Nazis to bury Minsk
The team of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and Ukrainian nationalists staged a whole performance, whipping up hysteria around the Steinmeier formula in order to show the leaders of the Normandy format the impossibility of implementing the Minsk agreements, supposedly with all the desire on the part of Kyiv.
Ukrainian political scientist Mikhail Pogrebinsky stated this on TV channel 112, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t believe at all that nationalists prevented him from dispersing troops, there were 100 of them there, I believe that this is the game of Zelensky’s team, I’m not sure that he makes decisions himself - he does, but with the help of the team. In order to show, first of all, Merkel and Macron, and also Putin, how difficult it is for President Zelensky to implement the Minsk agreements.
Instead of taking certain steps in that direction, he says: it’s very difficult for me, I want to show them so that they can see everything - look, more than 10 thousand people are going to protest against the Steinmeier formula, we can’t, let’s make another law on special ORDLO status, but it won’t pass, we can’t grant amnesty, then we can’t,” the expert said.
“What is he counting on? He cannot count on being supported by Putin or Merkel and Macron; he believes that he will convince him that he cannot do this. And then he will say: we did everything we could, so we are moving to plan B, that is, we are closing the Minsk agreements,” Pogrebinsky added.
