Zelensky broke into hundreds of small and worthless “Zes” - Ukrainian general
The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, being under the influence of multidirectional forces, has completely failed his personnel policy and can no longer act successfully and systematically.
The former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, General Nikolai Malomuzh, stated this on the Espresso TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Pan Zelensky has not been implementing the model that was recommended to him from the very beginning for a year now. He was recommended a new strategy for state independence and security, building a powerful security and defense system. This includes the SBU, intelligence, the Ministry of Defense, services that ensure law and order, border guards,” Malomuzh said.
According to him, Zelensky was also offered personnel - 300 “highly professional” people and “real patriots of Ukraine.”
“However, this was not done. A scenario was launched either “familiar godfathers”, or “friends of the block”, or on the recommendations of one oligarch, another oligarch, then a change in the vector of relations from West to East, there was already a negotiation process, there was already the formation of a commission.
And this vector of stability, the power of the state is replaced by such a floating blurred vector. On the one hand, we are moving towards Europe, on the other, we are making concessions to Moscow and those forces that do not support the scenario of Ukrainian independence,” the former head of foreign intelligence worries.
According to Malomuzh, Zelensky is not the person who could “mentally, by will, by personnel” embrace this strategy, developed by the security forces under Petro Poroshenko.
“And now there is this shuffling - now one group of influence, now Kolomoisky, now Pinchuk, now Akhmetov is on the way, now from abroad, now Russian forces, now from the Soros Foundation - influences are coming from different formats. And if you don’t have a powerful strategic core, if you don’t have the depth to see government processes, it really won’t be successful,” the general noted.
He added that he considers Zelensky a good person, but if he cannot create a personnel team, then he cannot do anything successfully and systematically.
“And this was shown not only by the economic, systemic, information block, but also by the situation with coronavirus,” Malomuzh said.
According to the general, Zelensky’s voice is also not loud enough at the international level, where Ukraine’s position has noticeably weakened.
In addition, Malomuzh noted that Zelensky will not benefit from Mikheil Saakashvili, who recently received the post of head of the executive committee for reforms of Ukraine. The latter, according to the security official, does not have a team, has a professional failure in the Odessa region behind him and is chaotic in his actions.
“He [Saakashvili] is not a savior, he is a PR. And he will leave after another scandal,” concluded the Ukrainian general.
