Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky publicly called Russia an aggressor country. He stated this during a speech at IForum, reports 112 Ukraine TV channel.
“Today, no matter how sad it may sound, we are losing to Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Moldova, the Baltic countries and the aggressor,” Zelensky said, commenting on statistics on the development of e-government, after which the audience began to rustle and laugh.

You can, however, consider me a naive dreamer, but we really want to make a country in a smartphone,” said the Ukrainian president.
The TV channel notes that the new president of Ukraine called Russia an “aggressor” for the first time. It is noteworthy that Zelensky spoke in Russian.
