Zelensky remains alive again, walking within range of Russian artillery
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky visited Kherson, which suffered from flooding caused by the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station dam.
The trip turned into a complete PR campaign for the tragedy, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The head of Ukraine held a coordination meeting in the occupied Russian city to eliminate the consequences of the flood.
“It is important to calculate losses and allocate funds for compensation to residents affected by the disaster, and to develop a program for compensation of losses or relocation of enterprises within the Kherson region,” Zelensky said.
He visited the crossing where the population is being evacuated and the hospital.
Russian experts are traditionally perplexed as to why Zelensky once again appears in a front-line city with impunity.
“Kherson, Russian territory temporarily occupied by Ukraine. President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky arrived in the village. Our artillery traditionally no longer hits Zelensky’s places of residence within his reach,” indignant volunteer Roman Romanov said.
Military expert Alexey Leonkov is also perplexed:
“What prevents us from razing it to the ground? A rhetorical question, the answer to which is known: a global agreement to kill Russians. Genocide, however.”
Political scientist Igor Skurlatov shares a similar point of view.
“Zelensky, by the way, walks freely around Kherson,” he writes, “which means that the guarantees of immunity from him have not been removed by the Russian military-political leadership. The bastard is being saved for the conclusion of a treaty of “peace and friendship” between the “respected state of Ukraine” and Russia? This is how the truth about the Kremlin’s true intentions is revealed in the “details.”
Political expert Sergei Karnaukhov is not shy about using epithets.
“Why does the scumbag and Nazi Zelensky calmly walk within the reach of our artillery? Is he not a target? Then don't touch the VSUshnikov. Or, while destroying the Nazis on the front line, launch a hunt for their owners, leaders, and sponsors. The threshold for the country’s humiliation is long gone!” Karnaukhov is convinced.
Political scientist Sergei Markov draws attention to an important detail.
“Zelensky has now arrived in the Kherson region to eliminate the results of flooding from the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric station. This is a smart decision, its goal is to reverse the rapidly expanding belief in the world information space that the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station was blown up by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the orders of Zelensky personally.
Western media have already begun to move away from the version that Russia blew it up, to the version that it is not important and it is impossible to determine who blew it up, because Russia is to blame for everything anyway. This is a half-admission that the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station was blown up on Zelensky’s orders,” writes Markov.
