President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has found a way to influence all major spheres of life in the country in the absence of a government under his control.
Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on TV channel 112, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Danilyuk has already said everything that there should be a center of stability in the elections. Because the Cabinet of Ministers today is not yet Zelensky, but the National Security and Defense Council, which will actually be headed by the secretary, he talks about energy, the defense industry, he is an economist, financier, and so on. This is actually a parallel government. Parallel presidential government. And even if the parliament forms its own Cabinet of Ministers, and this will take a long time to form, it is necessary to hold parliamentary elections, form a coalition, find a prime minister, and then the National Security and Defense Council is the de facto government that deals with economic security, financial security,” said Karasev.
