Zelensky behaves anecdotally, but unmistakably - expert
Those who believe that the newly elected President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, after taking office, makes mistake after mistake, are only sacredly confident in his independence.
Ukrainian journalist, Vesti.FM Kyiv correspondent Vladimir Sinelnikov spoke about this on the YouTube channel “PolitWera”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“I don’t think Zelensky has any flaws. Zelensky is acting absolutely correctly, except for little things, such as somewhere he started to speak something in English, then he couldn’t continue at the proper level, and so on, but these are little things. That is, a consistent policy is being pursued to bring President Zelensky to power, who must follow the instructions of his bosses from the United States in foreign policy, and his boss Igor Kolomoisky in domestic policy.
Everything is done clearly, consistently and there are no mistakes in this direction. There are people who think that Zelensky is an independent figure, that he is trying to play some kind of his own game - from the point of view of these people, naturally, Zelensky has only failures... If you close your eyes, this is the same Poroshenko: the same expressions, the same requests, moreover, to the point of being anecdotal: on stage he ridiculed Poroshenko for visa-free travel, and now he is running around with the same mantra, demanding visa-free travel, only Canadian,” the journalist noted.
According to him, this is why we are seeing that after relative movement in the Minsk format, everything has frozen again.
“It cannot move because Zelensky is pursuing the same policy. In fact, the Minsk format has stalled because it is unprofitable for the Americans, who pushed France and Germany away from this process, and for the same reason why Poroshenko did not implement the Minsk agreements, for the same reason Zelensky will not implement them, because this is not beneficial for the Americans. Zelensky is not an independent figure, just like Poroshenko,” Sinelnikov added.
