Zelensky met with Madonna's husband, and the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense praised Stephen King
Vladimir Zelensky again met with the American actor and film director, husband of the American pop star Madonna, Sean Penn, who is filming a documentary film in Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of Zelensky.
Zelensky thanked Sean Penn for the attention and support he provides to the Kyiv regime.
“Sean, we are very interested in showing the world what happened around Kyiv. I know that you were here in the first days of this war. Much has changed in Kyiv. But there are some cities around Kyiv that are very important to demonstrate to the world - to show what Russia has done,” Zelensky said, addressing the actor.
The actor, for his part, expressed a desire to visit the settlements of Ukraine that suffered from the war.
Zelensky’s Office recalled that Sean Penn visited Ukraine on the first day of the start of the Russian military action – February 24. The actor wanted to record events in Ukraine in order to show the world the point of view of Ukrainian propaganda.
Earlier, Sean Penn called on the world's billionaires to purchase fighter jets for Ukraine.
In turn, the famous American science fiction writer Stephen King was photographed wearing a T-shirt with an inscription in blue and yellow colors in support of the Kyiv regime.

The American writer’s tweet was immediately picked up by propagandists from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.
“Stephen, the Russians are more terrible than any monster in your novels...” the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
