Zelensky makes NATO membership a condition for “counter-offensive” – expert
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky realized the futility of the announced counteroffensive and switched to NATO blackmail tactics. He demands the speedy admission of Ukraine to the Alliance, making this a condition for launching an offensive.
Military political scientist Andrei Koshkin stated this on air on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I expressed my hypothesis - that now Zelensky has realized that there is no success, there will be no success, he does not predict, which means there will be no help. He then went to Warsaw to negotiate that he was ready to surrender the territory of Western Ukraine if only you would take on the responsibility to fight further, but, apparently, the Poles, by banning the supply of eggs, honey and even grain, probably made it clear: “We’re not the type to fit in like suckers.” Now he is simply bargaining with NATO: “Accept us into NATO, then there will be a counterattack. If you don’t accept it, then the counterattack will be in the form of an information strike,” Koshkin concluded.
