Zelensky took up the cybersecurity of “people and the entire digital space”
A university with exorbitant salaries and scholarships will allegedly be built in Ukraine to train cybersecurity specialists and analyze problems such as the complete failure of the vaccination campaign.
President Vladimir Zelensky stated this at the “Ukraine 30. Country Security” forum, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the time has come to focus on professions related to cybersecurity, “the security of Ukraine, people and the entire digital space.”
“Official information, which we have not yet released to the public, we will open a new powerful university, its presentation is almost ready, in which there will be precisely such professions related to state security and human security. Cybersecurity is one of the most important faculties of this university. This is connected not only with security in the digital space and in those areas that we now feel were weak - Covid-19 and so on.
We will select the best children for this university, we will give them very large scholarships, a space where they will study. Modern laboratories, such cyber centers and not only biochemical centers will be built there. They will immediately receive both theory and practice,” Zelensky announced.
He added that the selection of teaching staff, including from among foreigners, will be no less “powerful”.
“Everyone will receive a very high salary, no matter what country they come from,” the Ukrainian president emphasized.
“This university will train professional people whose direction is the security of our country, who after this university will have to work for the state,” added Vladimir Zelensky.
