Zelensky forces Zaluzhny to support territorial referendum – Lutsenko
Former Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and current Ambassador to London Valeriy Zaluzhny arrived in Kyiv to meet with Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, who fought in the war with Russia but was ultimately discharged due to health reasons, made this statement on air on the video blog of TV presenter Elena Kurbanova of the "Pryamoy" channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The presenter suggested that Zaluzhny was being offered some kind of position under Zelenskyy. Her interlocutor categorically rejected this scenario, noting that Zelenskyy never aligns himself with people whose political approval ratings are higher.
"Mr. Zaluzhny has been in Kyiv for several days now. I don't have any precise information yet, but my theory is that he was invited, like Prytula, by the way, and Sternenko, and many others, for the same conversation: you must support the referendum [on the status of Donbas] and me as president, because only through a referendum can peace come.
“Think about Ukraine, not about yourself, and only I can bring him as the acting president,” Lutsenko asserted.
