Zelensky was reminded: there will be no peace in Donbass without the “Portnov formula”
Ukrainian lawyer and politician Andrei Portnov made an appeal to the country's President Vladimir Zelensky, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Portnov posted the text of the appeal on his Telegram channel.
“Dear Mr. President, your team faces difficult foreign policy decisions to establish peace.
Their implementation is possible only against the backdrop of a stable political and criminal situation within the country. Soon you will need unpopular parliamentary decisions that will bring the country closer to peace.
To do this, you need to think about the resignation of the Prosecutor General, who is covering up the activities of Poroshenko’s organized criminal community, whose money is used to fight the state, incite hatred and promote war.
During the period of your reforms, the entire environment of Poroshenko and those affiliated with him should be brought to their knees, living under interrogations, in exile or in prison, every day to be busy saving their belongings and meeting with lawyers. Investigative deals, mid-level testimony, asset seizures, searches, international offshore orders, and dozens of other activities should appear on news feeds every half hour.
Your prosecutor does not know how to do anything, and his three-month activities have already led to threats to national security. It is precisely because of him that you will not be able to pass through parliament important and complex decisions delegated to you in the elections.
Assign him to another job, elect some important bird - a member of the HRP (High Council of Justice - Ed) or VKKS (High Qualification Commission of Judges - Ed), a judge of the Constitutional Court or the Minister of Agriculture, give him a farewell medal and let him go slowly NH.
People expect quick and tough decisions from you, and the prosecutor should have understood the uniqueness of this historical and political moment,” Portnov concluded, addressing the president.
Earlier, PolitNavigator reported that People's Deputy from the Servant of the People Maxim Buzhansky issued an ultimatum to Prosecutor General Ruslan Ryaboshapka, demanding that within two days he submit to parliament a proposal to deprive Petro Poroshenko of parliamentary immunity. In case of failure to comply with the ultimatum, the People's Deputy threatened the Prosecutor General to initiate a parliamentary decision to remove him from office, since 7 days from the date of his appointment will expire on December 100.
Thank you!
