Zelensky was explained how a coalition with Vakarchuk would turn out for him
If the Servant of the People party unites with Svyatoslav Vakarchuk’s political force “Golos”, the entire Ukrainian government will be drawn into adventures with the upcoming presidential elections in the United States.
Meanwhile, Ukraine already has bitter experience from past elections.
Ukrainian political scientist Daniil Bogatyrev stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Uniting into a coalition with the same “Voice” would be a colossal mistake, it would simply be shooting oneself in the foot.
The “Voice” party could, by and large, be renamed the “Soros” party without changing the essence and meaning.
That is, this is a project of certain circles both in the United States, associated with the Democratic Party, with neoconservatives, and the project of their Ukrainian partners, I mean specifically Pinchuk.
If Servant of the People were to team up with Golos now, it would be pushed - by President Zelensky, the Ukrainian parliament, and the Ukrainian government as a whole - to play some role in the upcoming American elections, namely to play against Trump and in support of Biden.
We have already seen in 2016 and in subsequent years what such attempts to interfere in American elections lead to.
There’s no need to do this, you just don’t need to unite with Golos, that’s all,” Bogatyrev said.
