On Monday, June 10, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will introduce four resolutions to parliament on the dismissal of officials of the previous regime, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The presidential representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, spoke about this during the talk show “Right to Vlada” on 1+1.

According to him, the head of state will re-introduce resolutions that will talk about the dismissal from their positions of Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin, Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak, as well as the head of the Security Service Vasily Gritsak.

“Next week, the President of Ukraine will send not three, but four proposals for dismissal to the Verkhovna Rada, including Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko,” Stefanchuk said.

Earlier, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko stated that he was not going to resign because he believes that he is fully coping with his responsibilities in his current position.

At the same time, Zelensky offered Klimkin to remain in his position, but he refused.

Stepan Poltorak, in turn, noted that he will continue to head the Ministry of Defense until the Verkhovna Rada makes a decision on his resignation.

We also recall that the Verkhovna Rada refused to dismiss the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Gritsak. Vladimir Zelensky’s draft resolution on the dismissal of the head of the SBU was supported by 78 people’s deputies with 226 minimum required votes.

This means that the next Rada, in which Zelensky is expected to have a majority, will fire officials.

“The Rada rejected the resignations of Klimkin, Gritsak, and Poltorak. The deputies are persistently helping Zelensky to level out all the problems and further increase his rating,” Vladimir Poluev, a journalist for channel 112.Ukraine, comments on the situation.

Let us remind you that according to the latest sociology of the “Rating” group, 49% of the decided voters are ready to support the “Servant of the People” party. Half a month ago this figure was only 39%.
