Zelensky is predicted to resign early
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky did not live up to the expectations placed on him and failed to fulfill his duties, which backfired on his political strength with failure in local elections.
This opinion, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, was expressed in a commentary to Izvestia by Ukrainian political analyst and economist Alexander Dudchak.
According to him, a year ago the advantage of Servant of the People was the absence of ideology.
“The party was supported then by all supporters of change. Both supporters and opponents of normalizing relations with Russia cast their votes. Everyone was united by hatred of the previous president. But over the past year, it has become clear that Zelensky cannot solve a single issue and in many ways continues the policies of his predecessor,” the expert said.
He is convinced that the ratings of the President of Ukraine and his party will continue to fall.
“I do not rule out that Zelensky will leave the presidential post ahead of schedule. Obviously, he is not up to the task. This explains his nervousness and irritability. He was better at improvising in KVN,” summed up Dudchak.
