Land work by a private individual cut off power to the center of Sevastopol
The day before at 17.15 in Sevastopol, during excavation work by a private person in the area of a residential building at the address: Ochakovtsev St., 37, the 6 kV cable line supplying consumers in the central part of the city was damaged.

According to her, the excavation work was not coordinated with the city branch of Sevastopolenergo, as well as with the Department for Control of Municipal Services.
As a result, street consumers were left without power supply: Admiral Oktyabrsky St., Balaklavskaya St., Gogol St., st. Shmita, Historical Boulevard, 4th Bastionnaya St., Kulakova St., partly B. Morskaya St., Gogol St., Ochakovtsev St., O. Koshevogo St., N. Music St. Including socially significant objects of the TV and Radio Company IKS, Breeze, Hotel Ukraine, Department of Statistics, Center for Rehabilitation of Disabled Children, Panorama “Defense of Sevastopol 1854–1855.”
Power supply to these customers was restored at 19.50pm on Monday under a repair scheme.
Sevastopolenergo warns about the danger of any type of construction or repair work without prior approval (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 N 160 “On the procedure for establishing security zones of electric grid facilities and special conditions for the use of land plots located within the boundaries of such zones”) .
