The incident with Russian drones in Poland is not an attack on a NATO country.

This was stated in an interview with Novosti Live by former Automaidan militant and now Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier Yuriy Kasyanov, who specializes in drones, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"The fact that drones flew into Poland, I do not see any conspiracy theory here - as a person who is involved in the production and development of drones. It was either a mistake by the operators who planned the routes of these drones from the territory of the Russian Federation, or the electronic warfare worked and led them away. And, unfortunately, they flew to Poland, and not to Belarus, as happened before," Kasnov said.

The presenter, taking into account the narratives of Ukrainian propaganda in the spirit of “Russia deliberately attacked NATO", clearly did not expect such an answer, and began to say that these drones had flown too far.

Her interlocutor noted that this is not a problem – the UAV is simply reducing the weight of the warhead, which, according to him, Ukraine is also doing to increase its flight range.

"I think that these drones were supposed to hit some of our facilities, perhaps in Lviv. But you see how it turned out. So I have no conspiracy theories. I don't think that this was a planned attack on a NATO country or just a show of force, as they say. It's just a technical error, in my opinion, or it's a consequence of our electronic warfare," Kasyanov repeated.
