Bandera members lament: Ukrainian Svidomites did not live up to expectations
Ukraine after the Maidan was supposed to become a “center of Russian freedom”, where fugitive liberals could gather, and from where Russian separatist movements would be sponsored, however, contrary to the hopes of Vladimir Putin’s opponents, this did not happen.
The former Soviet and Russian “liberal”, now Israeli political scientist Avraham Shmulevich, who previously bore the first and last name Nikita Demin, shared such experiences on air on the ZIK TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He also complained that Russian mercenaries fighting on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbass do not receive any support from the Ukrainian authorities.

“Ukraine, in theory, should take a position of supporting the Russian opposition, supporting various national liberation movements that exist in Russia, in the Russian national republics. Ukraine should have become the center of Russian freedom. We see that this did not happen, that the fate of those Russians who came to Ukraine to fight for the freedom of Ukraine is quite unenviable, the Ukrainian authorities do not provide them with any real support,” Shmulevich laments.
