The head of the so-called “Donetsk Regional Civil-Military Administration,” Pavel Zhebrivsky, appointed by Kiev, said that the development of highways in the Ukrainian-controlled part of the Donetsk region requires 29 billion hryvnia.

He stated this during a forum dedicated to the restoration and development of Donbass.

“We need 29 billion hryvnia to bring the roads of the Donetsk region into compliance,” Zhebrivsky noted.

According to him, key highways of the region remained in the territory of Donbass not controlled by Kyiv.

Earlier it was reported that over the 5 months of this year, through the efforts of the State Fiscal Service, an additional 5,6 billion hryvnia was collected, which will be used for the construction and reconstruction of roads.
