Zhebrivsky ordered officials of his administration to speak only Ukrainian and sent them to English courses
The head of the Donetsk military-civil administration, Pavel Zhebrivsky, appointed by Kiev, signed an order obliging administration employees to use only the Ukrainian language in their work from January 10.

About this Zhebrivsky wrote on Facebook, posting a photocopy of his order.
“Today I signed the order “On the use of the state language by employees of the regional state administration during the performance of their official duties.” From now on, in the Donetsk Regional Military-Civil Administration we are switching to services in Ukrainian,” he wrote.
Zhebrivsky reported that in 2016, business Ukrainian language courses were organized twice for administration employees, “then they tested their knowledge on the radio dictation of national unity.”
In addition, according to him, English language courses will be organized for administration employees in 2017.
