Rzeczpospolita: Parubiy bet on Poland and Lithuania
The heads of the parliaments of Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine signed a resolution according to which, from 2025 to 2027, Kyiv must take all necessary steps and receive a final EU decision on accession.
Speaker Andrei Parubiy announced this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This is the strategy of the plan on Ukraine’s path to the EU. We jointly determined that we see this period of 2025-2027 as a period of great chances for Ukraine on its way to the EU. After all, Poland will preside from 2025 to 2027, and Lithuania will preside from 2027 to 2029.
This is the window of opportunity for Ukraine to join the European Union. And together we developed a strategy on what steps we should take so that in 2025-2027 we can reach a final and final decision,” Parubiy said.
