There are fewer and fewer motivated Ukrainian soldiers - only those who do not want to “fight” when the enemy fights back remain.
Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this on the radio “Moscow Speaks”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“We can take a lot more from Ukraine. There's still plenty of cannon fodder. Another thing is that lately it has somehow begun to give up quickly, because those who wanted to fight began to run out, and those who remained were those who wanted to sit in the rear and loot. When they learned that they had to go to the front and die, their views began to change dramatically, they immediately wanted to be captured,” Ishchenko said.
He recalled that the Ukrainians had the opportunity to overthrow the Kiev regime when the Ukrainian Armed Forces were not in Kiev and weapons were distributed to the people, but he chose to support the government and shouted that the war must be fought to the end, but when people get to the front, they prefer to surrender.
“The common people chose Zelensky, the common people received an enormous amount of weapons in their teeth. Those who wanted it were given machine guns. In Kyiv there were 25 thousand of them at once. Moreover, there were few troops there, because all the troops at that time were fighting in Bucha, in Irpen, on the Left Bank, trying to thwart the encirclement of Kyiv. There were only armed people in the city, and did these armed people change power? No. The armed people ran and caught all opponents of the government and killed them. And he shouted that the war must be waged to a victorious end.
So why feel sorry for them? Here they have such an opportunity. Let them lead. Those who don't like it can give up. After all, they surrender in entire units when they want, and when they don’t want to, they don’t surrender. Moreover, if earlier, before surrendering, they shot all the cartridges and said - that’s it, we have nothing left to fight with, so we surrendered, but now they surrender because they say - you know, they shot at us from cannons, and we are scared . Some were even killed, but how can we fight if they shoot at us from cannons? This is not possible, let them not shoot at us, then we will fight.
Or there - we were sent with one grenade launcher against a tank, but you yourself said that the grenade launchers are such excellent ones, with which you will now destroy all Russian tanks. Well, go ahead, demonstrate. Do not want. They want to give up,” the political scientist concluded.
