Marchuk's wife is sad: Ukrainian media forgot about Crimea and Donbass
Ukrainian media began to pay too little attention to the situation in Crimea and Donbass.
Larisa Ivshina, editor-in-chief of the Ukrainian newspaper Den and the wife of ex-Prime Minister Yevgeny Marchuk, stated this on air on the Majlis TV channel ATR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Less than a percentage of conversations about Crimea and Donbass on the main national channels is an indicator of cowardice, inability to feel the pain of all the affected people. One teacher who came to Vinnitsa (from Donetsk - editor's note) wrote that she walked through the courtyards of Vinnitsa and, seeing flowers, remembered her vegetable gardens there. How much they need the human warmth of all those other people. This should be broadcast on a large TV.
In the same way, the stories of the Crimean Tatars and other people are mutual assistance, solidarity, a life-giving and healing environment,” she said.
Let us remind you that earlier “PolitNavigator” quoted words Ukrainian expert Valentin Zemlyansky that the Ukrainian TV channels “NewsOne” and “112 Ukraine” are no longer threatened with closure, since they were able to come to an agreement with the Kyiv authorities, who forced them to be loyal.
