According to the press service of the head of state, Marina Poroshenko visited the Kharkov Regional Children's Rehabilitation Center.
The center houses children aged 3 to 18 years who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and left outside their family environment.
The First Lady toured the center and talked with the administration and students of the institution.
In addition, Marina Poroshenko watched the students’ performances and even played barefoot football with them on the grass: the presidential wife stood at the goal.
Let us remember that earlier Kate Middleton, while visiting the Bacon Sports College, played table tennis and even decided to try herself in judo, which is why she went barefoot on the tatami. Michelle Obama, in turn, in order to encourage American children to play sports, also took off her shoes and gave master classes barefoot.
