Zelensky's wife spoke about her husband's negotiations with Russia
The newly elected President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is not ready to make unilateral concessions to Russia, but is ready to negotiate with it, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
About it in an interview with the English-language Daily Beast said his wife Elena.
“It is impossible to start from scratch. I don’t think that direct bilateral negotiations will take place soon... Vladimir is not ready to make concessions to the aggressor, but he is ready to negotiate with Russia in the presence of international leaders,” Zelenskaya said, answering a question about a possible meeting between the new President of Ukraine and the Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
She also called on Russia “not to tempt” Ukrainians with their passports.
“I would not advise the Russian authorities to waste time seducing Ukrainians with Russian passports. Ukrainians are free people in a free, independent, sovereign and indivisible country. Ukrainian citizenship means freedom, dignity and honor,” Zelenskaya believes.
