Women military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are increasingly becoming targets of sexual harassment from colleagues
The number of crimes in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine related to sexual harassment of female military personnel increased by 65%.

This was stated during a briefing by the Deputy Commander of the DPR Armed Forces, Colonel Eduard Basurin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have received information about the instructions of the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the withdrawal of female military personnel from the ATO zone, in connection with the increasing cases of hazing towards them and harassment from colleagues.
According to the report of the head of the military law enforcement service to the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the month of October-November, 342 cases of offense were registered in the ATO zone. These include hazing, sexual harassment and violence. It is worth noting that compared to the previous quarter, the number of crimes of this nature increased by 65%, i.e. in the summer there were 121 of them,” stated Basurin.
