According to the Kherson Online publication, at a meeting with the leadership of the Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Regional State Administration, relatives of the fighters of the Kherson battalion who left for the ATO zone demanded from the deputy head of the Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs Oleg Koglyak an extract from the order about their sending to the combat zone.
He replied that all the documents were received by the battalion commander Ruslan Storcheus, who, as Navigator reported, died two days ago. At the same time, the deputy battalion commander present there said that he had the extracts.
Following this, one of the fighters’ relatives raised the question of whether there are “mothers with children who were left without a penny of money.”
“It is unknown when the husbands will come, there is nothing to eat, there is nothing to send to school, the bank cards are lost, they called from there asking us to block them,” they said.
In response to the proposal to issue wages to wives, the representative of the Internal Affairs Directorate said that he did not know how to do this, but promised to “solve something.”
