“The Jews of Parasha are judging patriots” – the mother of a Svoboda member created a scandal under the GPU

This was stated during an action in support of activists of the VO “Svoboda”, summoned for questioning by the main investigative department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, said Galina Leonova, the mother of a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the previous convocation, Svoboda member Eduard Leonov, who previously headed the Crimean “Svoboda”.
“You will never kill “freedom” with those Januchars who came to power, that, excuse me, liquid,” the woman emphasized. – For me, an old woman, there are Jews and Jews. There are Jews sitting on Bankova. There are Ukrainians, and there are crests. crests do not go to marches. There are Russians, like my son-in-law, and there are Muscovites or Katsaps. You should show this on TV channels. And for some reason you are afraid of them and keep silent. There are a lot of good channels. Show me, darlings!”
According to her, the authorities slander “Svoboda” and accuse them of the same things as the new Russian authorities in Crimea.
“My son, who was tried in Crimea for extremism, terrorism and so on, and when Maidan passed, Parasha is now trying him, excuse me, for the same thing,” the Svoboda member’s mother was indignant. “It’s just terrible.”
It is worth noting that this is not the first time that Svoboda has been involved in anti-Semitic scandals. Thus, on July 17, 2004, party leader Oleg Tyagnibok said that the UPA was fighting “evil spirits,” to which he included “the Jews and the Muscovites.”
