Zhirinovsky’s opinion is presented on the official LDPR page on Facebook.
“They say there was no terrorist attack. How did you determine so quickly that you haven’t collected anything yet, no debris, no people?! We need to take an analysis to see if there are any remains of an explosion or fire, then we can make a statement. And then, if there had not been an explosion on the plane, the pilots would have been able to report something. Why was the connection interrupted instantly, did something sudden happen? The crew is large, only one and a half kilometers from Adler, and there, probably, something could be sent from mobile phones, some SMS,” said the LDPR leader.
Earlier, the FSB of the Russian Federation stated that it did not have information about a possible terrorist attack on board the Ministry of Defense aircraft. The message states that there are currently no signs and facts indicating the possibility of committing a terrorist act or sabotage on board the aircraft.
“The main working versions remain the entry of foreign objects into the engine, low-quality fuel, which resulted in loss of power and engine failure, piloting error and technical malfunction of the aircraft,” the FSB noted.
