“And that before November 10, 17 there were no police in Russia? Didn’t Ivan the Terrible already have a Secret Order? Alexander 1 did not create the Ministry of Internal Affairs? Only you and the FSB are still celebrating since '17. Our history began 1150 years ago. I ask you to celebrate from next year, starting with the creation of the Secret Order by Ivan the Terrible,” Zhirinovsky said today from the rostrum of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
When the communist deputy tried to object from the seat, Zhirinovsky called him a “subkulak element.”
“It’s right that Soviet power ended – 100 years of slander. It’s right that you were overthrown and it’s right that monuments to Lenin are being demolished. The entire world must be demolished so that there is not even a memory of your brutal regime,” Vladimir Volfovich shouted at the end of his speech.
