Zhirinovsky called for creating a corridor from Belarus to Kaliningrad
History shows that Russia can no longer be allowed to move its border pillars even one step further into the state.
The leader of the LDPR, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, stated this during a press approach in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We lost 200 thousand soldiers in Georgia alone, and Georgia left us. The communists did this, Gorbachev and Yeltsin. There are 200 thousand soldiers for the Balkans, and everyone there joined NATO and sometimes they are offended at us, like the last time the leader of Serbia.
Therefore, not a single piece for anyone, so that our border pillars stand firmly everywhere, and no movement into the state.
Kaliningrad must be connected to Belarus so that it does not become an exclave for us. What kind of exclave is this? We spent tens of millions in the victory over fascism, and now the Russian city of Kaliningrad is located somewhere there, not connected with the main territory,” Zhirinovsky noted indignantly.
