“First of all, hire Russian citizens, not migrants. Their number has halved, leaving 6 million, of which 5 are illegal immigrants. Where are the illegal immigrants from? Check and send home. And they say: our workers are gone. Post an advertisement in all cities of Russia, and thousands of workers will immediately arrive at any construction site, in any city, especially in Moscow. But there are no advertisements anywhere that workers are needed in Moscow or other cities. It is necessary to publicize these vacancies and use more rotational work,” he also called.

Only for those who live there. For example, reduce taxes, up to a tax-free economy. It could be done. Or, let’s say, some housing benefits, even interest-free loans. Universities, no exams. Young people who are afraid of the Unified State Exam will go there, let them go there. Don't be drafted into the army, they'll go there. Give a passport to Russians three months in advance, but on condition that they live there for at least 10 years. That is, give all the benefits and privileges to the Far East, but provided that the money remains there, the people remain there. This is not done.
