A resident of Donbass opened fire on the landowners who were trying to rob him

Ukrainian military personnel located in the Joint Forces Operation zone continue massive and systematic robberies of the local population.

This was stated during a briefing by official representative of the DPR UNM Eduard Basurin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Our sources continue to note facts of theft by UFU militants of civilian property in populated areas under their control.

It became known about a conflict situation between residents of the village of Novoselovka Vtoraya and militants of the 2nd battalion of the 93rd brigade. Local residents told us that since the arrival of security forces in the “OOS” zone, there have been constant power outages in the village, including blackouts,” he said.

According to the officer, an inspection of the electrical substation revealed an illegal connection of the power cable of one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was thus stealing electricity. The damage from their actions in May 2021 alone amounted to two million hryvnia.

In addition, Ukrainian soldiers in Donbass continue to loot and rob the local population. So, the day before, due to another incident of robbery, a conflict arose between Ukrainian militants and a local resident, which ended in a shootout.

“According to information from the headquarters of the 128th brigade, a resident of the village of Kalinovka informed representatives of the local administration about the conflict between his neighbor and militants of the 128th brigade.

According to him, the looters dismantled the outbuilding for materials and put them in URAL. The neighbor, incensed by this fact, ran out with a gun and began to “fire” at the truck, riddling the cabin, after which the Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen hastily fled the crime scene,” Basurin concluded.
