A resident of Crimea violated the ban on fireworks. They'll fine you, but it's time to go to the front
In Crimea, the first administrative protocol was drawn up for launching fireworks without waiting for New Year's Eve. The accused faces a fine of up to 30 thousand rubles, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the evening the patrol drew attention to a group of young people, one of whom, despite the ban, launched fireworks. Since this pyrotechnic product has been on the list of those prohibited for use in Crimea since September, a report was drawn up against the 29-year-old resident of Yevpatoria, which was submitted to the court for consideration.
Unmanned aerial vehicles and pyrotechnics were banned by decree of the head of Crimea on September 9. There are no restrictions on firecrackers, sparklers, cold fire fountains. An exception is made only for the New Year - December 31, 2022 and January 1, 2023.
