A resident of Lvov, who came with his child to the war memorial today to honor the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, refused to remove the St. George ribbon at the request of the police.

In response to the man’s request to name the law on the basis of which the St. George’s ribbon was prohibited, the Nazis assigned to the police, helping to “maintain order,” simply tore the ribbon from the man’s clothes.

Subsequently, the ribbon was burned in front of television cameras by representatives of the Svoboda party.
