Having received a summons as part of mobilization, the man, as a law-abiding citizen, arrived at the specified time at the local military registration and enlistment office, where he received a referral to undergo a medical examination.
Arriving at the medical facility, the conscript did not find any of the doctors there, having waited the whole day. As a result, he never completed the mandatory procedure.
The next day, with this news, he arrived at the military registration and enlistment office, where, despite the protest, the man was declared fit for military service and sent to a military unit located in the Odessa region.
Resigned to the inevitable, the conscript served conscientiously, until one day the commander informed him that the man was ordered to leave for the ATO zone the next day. This time the mobilized man did not remain silent and openly stated that he would not go to fight, since he did not have sufficient training and experience, but was ready to continue serving in the Odessa region.
The command of the unit sent the intractable soldier back to the military registration and enlistment office, where he went to serve for 2,5 months, performing all possible duties, until he was reminded of the sabotage of sending to the ATO and a criminal case was opened for a war crime, expressed in refusal to perform military service duties .
The court sentenced him to 2 years in prison with a probationary period of 1 year.
