A resident of a bombed house donated glasses to the leadership of the OSCE mission
Residents of the DPR presented the Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission, Alexander Hug, with glasses for more productive work of observers.
This happened during a meeting between residents of Donetsk and the leadership of the mission, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“When the Tourist Hotel was destroyed in Kyiv on June 26, I was there and saw how Ukrainian fascists destroyed the building. OSCE officers arrived at the scene, looked, listened, and left without doing anything. I saw how you work,” said a resident of Donetsk, addressing the observer.
The man then addressed Hug directly:
“You are a military man, you were trained in the best army in Switzerland. You held the position of commander of the regional headquarters in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and this position is equal to that of a general. As an officer, you must know that the logistics of the unit, organization, or mission come first,” he continued, after which he took out his glasses.
“I have a proposal: improve your logistics with glasses like these. They are very useful for you, they will save your life and show off your work perfectly. Believe me, with these glasses you will be recognized everywhere in the DPR. And I will make you sticks for the blind from the wreckage of my house, which was destroyed on November 21, 2014 by the artillery of the 128th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” said a resident of the DPR.
