According to the defendant, extreme need pushed him to commit the crime.

Despite the ridiculous damage, the court found the “miner” guilty of illegal mining of mineral resources of national importance and imposed a sentence of restriction of freedom for a period of 3 years with a probationary period of 1 year and 6 months.
