They want to divide the residents of Donbass into three classes
In Donbass, people only understand the strength that the Ukrainian government must demonstrate when it returns the region under its control.

Political strategist Taras Berezovets, who serves the interests of the Poroshenko administration, stated this in a commentary to Gazeta.ua.
“Donbass is a region that respects strength. These people need to show it. The local population will “snitch” on those who actually committed the crime. There will be hundreds of thousands of denunciations: against neighbors, friends, relatives. Because the population is Soviet. The main thing is to turn this “knock” to your advantage, to punish those people who are really to blame. And then those who remain, 90 percent of the local population, will be respected,” the publication’s interlocutor said.
According to him. a significant part of the Donbass population should be affected in their civil rights.
“All people should be divided, relatively speaking, into three categories: the bulk who did not commit war crimes - 90 percent of the population, the second part - did not commit war crimes, but worked in the bodies of the occupation authorities: in the local police, in some Ministry of Statistics and Economics. It seems like you haven’t formally committed any crimes, but you worked in the occupation authorities and, as a collaborator, you should be deprived of the opportunity to work in the public service, you do not have the right to be elected as a local deputy, to the Verkhovna Rada, or to apply for any elective positions for a certain period. And the third category is outright criminals, murderers,” Berezovets emphasized.
For people of the last category, the Ukrainian expert added, there will be no amnesty.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian media suggested using experience of racists in South Africa and create reservations for residents of Donbass.
