Residents of Donetsk did not kneel at Motorola's funeral
Footage of the farewell to the commander of the “Sparta” battalion, Arseniy “Motorola” Pavlov, demonstrates the difference between Donbass and Ukraine, where the tradition of kneeling at the funeral of the so-called “ATO heroes”.
Former DPR Foreign Minister Alexander Kofman draws attention to this detail in his blog.

“At Arseny’s funeral (unfortunately, I didn’t have time to fly back from filming) there were more than 50 people. The atmosphere of universal grief is conveyed even by photographs. And no one even thought about kneeling ostentatiously... we are not Ukraine. Not at all,” Kofman wrote.
