Residents of Kyiv came to the center with portraits of the Russian Tsar
Believers of the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate held a religious procession in the center of Kyiv in memory of the family of the last Russian Emperor Nicholas II, canonized by the Orthodox Church.
“The Royal religious procession took place in Kyiv again. I passed, despite the fact that it is very dangerous for my career, health and freedom. The authorities can at any time set street rioters from among the SBU agents against the crusaders, or simply send the police to counteract them, which has already happened. All participants are recorded by the special services, often depriving them of their jobs, as was the case with Valentin Lukiyanik, one of the main organizers of such actions. But people still come.
This is what the Russian media should be shouting about - it is difficult to find a greater manifestation of idealism and Russianness in the entire CIS. It’s joyful to see that so many people in Kyiv value Russian Orthodoxy so much and love the holy Russian Tsar that they are not afraid to risk themselves for them for free,” comments former militiaman Igor Druz from Kyiv, who was forced to live in the Russian Federation.
“Russian TV channels show the rampages of the local Nazis much more often, although Banderlog usually does not attract so many people to their rallies. It was the same with me. Sometimes 15 thousand people came out to the Kyiv monarchist religious processions under the imperial banners, but all this was hushed up not only by the Ukrainian media, but also by the Russian ones. But both of them screamed about small actions of Bandera’s supporters, creating a picture of a sharp difference between Ukraine and Russia. So the conclusion is imposed on everyone that “Ukraine is a cut-off piece”, “it is necessary to fence itself off”, “they are all on their own”, “they are all traitors”, etc.,” notes Druz.
