There is conflicting information about the situation in the city. Users of social networks report that under the dormitory where Ukrainian security forces live, about a hundred men set fire to tires, broke windows, and also blocked school No. 7, where military personnel are also located.
At the same time, information is received that the hostel is on fire, and the Ukrainian military began shooting in the air. In addition, cars and buses were overturned. Other users report that the situation is more controlled: people are gradually leaving.
“Konstantinovka: about 30 people blocked Lomonosov Street, and overturned a traffic police car there. A rally is taking place, tires are burning,” journalist Alexei Matsuka wrote on his Facebook page 40 minutes ago.
“On the instructions of Kikhtenko (chairman of the Donetsk regional state administration - editor’s note), the deputy chairman of the Regional State Administration, Mikhail Slivka, went to Konstantinovka to resolve the conflict between local residents and the military,” user Dobry Shubin said on his Twitter account.
