After the announcement of the “Program for the Reunification of the People of Donbass”, residents of other regions of Ukraine who are not covered by the program, but are interested in receiving medical care, studying at universities in the republics, etc., have been turning to the authorities of the LDPR in large numbers.

Deputy of the People's Council of the DPR Alexander Kostenko stated this on air on the Union TV channel.

“As for healthcare, at the moment about 80 people are being treated for oncology from our territory controlled by Ukraine. As for assistance in administrative and legal services, it is impossible to compile statistics, because this process occurs constantly.

People come from other regions and ask to include their regions. The same Vinnitsa and Zaporozhye regions are asking to include this program,” Kostenko said.
